FOR PRODUCTS YOU HAVE FITTED YOURSELF 

If you experience any sort of issue with any of the products we sell online please call us direct - 1800 239 336 (7am - 7pm - 7 days). Please have your invoice number on hand to validate the date of your purchase. FOR PRODUCTS FITTED BY ONE OF OUR A1 STORES

 If you experience a problem with a product fitted by one of our stores please do not hesitate to contact either:

When talking to the store explain you have a warranty & describe the problem. Please remember that you will need to show us your original invoice in order to verify the date of the exhaust work / product fitment.  Different products have different warranty periods.  The majority of our exhaust products have a two year warranty however some have longer warranties & some only one year.  Extreme Duty Exhausts have a manufacturers 3 year warranty, Tunit modules have a 5 year warranty.
